Our goal is to provide well-fitting gear with excellent customer service.

We are hoping you are reading the terms and conditions before purchasing. If you are, you might be wondering about sizing and if the products will fit! We get it! We're parents too! 

If you are in that stage, reach out to us, we respond quickly, and let's get the right size ordered first, so you don't have to worry about returns! Ask us any questions you like, send ups a picture, or measurements, or worries or concerns. We want to make things easy for you!

If you have found yourself reading this after you have received your package, fret not, we still want to help!

• If you realize you made a size error before it's shipped, reach out, and we can fix it!
• If the product isn't fitting right, reach out, we can fix it (and improve going forward).
• If the items are not working, you can return unworn items. You must return at your cost with whatever supplier/courier you choose. Once it arrives, we will return the cost of the item to the original payment form. 
• Note any custom, import or COD charges will be deducted from your original purchase price, and only the difference (if positive) will be credited back to your original payment method.
