Our goal is to provide well-fitting gear with excellent customer service.

We are hoping you are reading the terms and conditions before purchasing. If you are, you might wonder about sizing and whether the products will fit! We get it! We're parents too! 

If you are in that stage, reach out to us at connect@huskyjocks.com, and we respond quickly, and let's get the right size ordered first, so you don't have to worry about returns! Ask us any questions you like, send ups a picture, or measurements, or worries or concerns. We want to make things easy for you!

If you have found yourself reading this after you have received your package, fret not, we still want to help! Contact us at TheBench@huskyjocks.com and we'll get your return started.

• If you realize you made a size error before it's shipped, reach out, and we can fix it!
• If the product isn't fitting right, contact us. We can fix it (and improve going forward).
• If the items are not working, you can return new, unworn items. You must return at your cost with whatever supplier/courier you choose. Once it arrives, we will return the original cost of the item to the original payment form. 
• We do not charge administrative fees for returns.
• Note any customs, import or COD charges will be deducted from your original purchase price, and only the difference (if positive) will be credited back to your original payment method.
